CanCham Cambodia is seeking a highly capable and strategic Executive Director to lead the Chamber’s next phase of growth, strengthening its role as a leading business platform connecting Canadian and Cambodian enterprises.
The Executive Director will be responsible for overall leadership, operational management, stakeholder engagement, and execution of the Chamber’s strategic vision, working closely with the Board of Directors and key partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the overall strategy, direction, and execution of Chamber activities
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Secretariat and ensure organisational efficiency
• Drive membership growth, retention, and engagement
• Represent the Chamber with government, private sector, and international partners
• Oversee planning and delivery of events, delegations, and business initiatives
• Develop partnerships and revenue streams to ensure sustainability
• Report regularly to the Board and support governance processes
Requirements
• Proven leadership experience in a senior management or executive role
• Strong network within business, trade, or development sectors
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and representation skills
• Experience in Cambodia or Southeast Asia strongly preferred
• Background in business, economics, international relations, or related field
