CanCham Cambodia is seeking a capable and well-organised Executive Office Associate to support the Office of the Chair across a range of coordination, research, and operational activities.
This role offers exposure to how the Chamber operates across its events, member engagement, and external partnerships, while working closely with senior leadership on selected priorities.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with coordination of meetings, follow-ups, and general workflow
• Support preparation of short briefs, notes, and basic research
• Help organise and track ongoing initiatives and activities
• Provide support during events and stakeholder engagements when required
• Contribute to general administrative and operational tasks
Requirements
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage tasks independently and follow through
• Comfortable working in a professional environment
• Interest in business, trade, or international engagement
