CanCham Cambodia's Board of Directors took part in a governance workshop on 24 March 2026 led by Trevor Sworn of the Cambodian Institute of Directors.
The session focused on strengthening board effectiveness, clarifying responsibilities and improving decision-making. It gave directors a dedicated setting to consider the structures and working practices behind the Chamber's governance.
CanCham linked the workshop to its commitment to transparency and accountability as it develops its next phase of work.
