CanCham introduces committees for investment, trade and urban development

The committees bring focused programmes to business investment readiness and collaboration across Cambodia's urban-development sectors.

CanCham Cambodia has introduced an Investment and Trade Committee and an Urban Development Committee to give members more focused settings for sector cooperation and business development.

Chaired by Victor La, the Investment and Trade Committee connects Canadian expertise with Cambodian enterprises in agriculture, digital industries, cleantech and high-value manufacturing. Its remit includes helping businesses prepare for due diligence, strengthen governance and connect with North American capital and partners. The committee describes its target enterprises as having investment profiles of USD 5 million to USD 50 million.

The Urban Development Committee, chaired by Yein Ngo, brings together professionals in real estate, property development, construction, architecture and asset management. Its programme combines market exchanges, expert speakers and visits to members' sites and offices.

The two committees provide distinct routes for members to contribute expertise and develop connections around shared business priorities.
