Women's leadership workshop examines practical changes for businesses
CanCham Vice-Chair Monika Nowaczyk contributed to a UN Women and EuroCham workshop on removing barriers in leadership and workplace systems.
CanCham Cambodia joined an International Women's Day workshop on 6 March 2026 examining organisational barriers to women's leadership and practical ways for businesses to address them.
Co-organised by UN Women and EuroCham with support from DFAT, the workshop brought private-sector perspectives into a discussion of equality, governance and long-term business development.
CanCham Vice-Chair Monika Nowaczyk contributed to the exchange, sharing approaches for moving beyond compliance and embedding equality into leadership and workplace systems.
The Chamber's participation continued its engagement with the Women's Empowerment Principles, which it signed in March 2025. The workshop focused on how that commitment can be reflected in the way organisations lead and operate.
