Ambassador Christian DesRoches and Global Affairs Canada's Rohini Dhaliwal met alumni of the Canadian academic and research exchange programme.
Canadian Ambassador Christian DesRoches and Rohini Dhaliwal of Global Affairs Canada met Cambodian alumni of the Scholarships and Educational Exchanges for Development programme, known as SEED.
The programme supports academic and research exchanges in Canada. The gathering highlighted relationships that continue after participants return from their scholarship experiences.
The alumni meeting placed those continuing connections at the centre of the exchange, recognising education as one of the links between the Canadian and Cambodian communities.
